1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any tools or services provided by Bramha Workspace LLC ("Bramha Workspace," "we," "our," or "us") at bramhaworkspace.com or its subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Who May Use These Services

Our tools are intended exclusively for use by licensed healthcare professionals (physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff) acting within the scope of their professional license and institutional permissions. By registering, you represent that you are a licensed healthcare professional.

These tools are not intended for use by patients or the general public, and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

3. Nature of the Services — Clinical Decision Support

Bramha Workspace provides clinical decision support (CDS) software tools. All outputs — including therapy recommendations, drug suggestions, clinical trial matches, and procedure documentation drafts — are generated for informational and educational purposes only.

These tools do not constitute the practice of medicine, do not establish a physician-patient relationship, and do not replace clinical judgment. All clinical decisions must be made by a licensed clinician based on direct patient evaluation and full review of the patient's history.

Bramha Workspace is not liable for clinical outcomes resulting from reliance on outputs generated by these tools.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features (such as the Clinical Trials Matcher) require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring schedule until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at babupmohan@bramhaworkspace.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or reproduce our tools or content
• Input any patient-identifying information (names, MRNs, dates of birth, SSNs) into our tools
• Use the tools to generate documentation for procedures not personally performed or supervised
• Misrepresent your professional credentials when registering

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and software comprising the Bramha Workspace platform is owned by Bramha Workspace LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the services for their intended clinical purpose. No other rights are granted.

Clinical guidelines referenced in our tools (ACG, AGA, USMSTF) are the property of their respective professional societies. Our tools summarize and apply these guidelines but are not endorsed by or affiliated with those organizations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that clinical outputs will be accurate, complete, or current. Medical guidelines evolve — always verify recommendations against the most recent published guidance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bramha Workspace LLC, its officers, and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services, including any clinical outcomes. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
